Trusts/Weighted bridges

Could anyone please help me with some information about correct form for doing weighted bridges and thrusts properly. I am always trying to keep the majority of the weight in the heels, but I still cannot seem to get the hang of them. I am also struggling a bit with keeping my shoulders in one place. Should I aim for keeping my feet as close to my butt as possible, and should they stay straight/point forwards? Or could they be further out, with more space between and point outwards? All these variation will probably target the muscles differently, but I would really appreciate some education on the subject!
