Good morning everyone.

Hope your day is going fabulous. Yesterday was a light snow in the morning and then just a cold day. So, leftover soup for lunch (still yummy) and the leftovers for a new creation, tamale caserole. Leftover tamales, greens, dirtty rice, Storm's homemade enchilada sauce, onions, olives and a bit of cheese.
