Learning to respect low impact

Hi!

When I first found FB, my goal was to increase my endurance and I started with level 3 workouts and worked my way up. I felt that any thing that didn’t leave me out of breath or sweating meant I didn’t push myself.

Well, now, my doctor recommended the keto diet temporarily to help get my blood sugar in check and for the last 6 weeks I can NOT do a HIIT safely. I’m praying the low impact program will keep me on track and help me meet my goals (burn fat and stay active).

Anyone have experience with low impact workouts?
