Motivated by mental health? Please share!

Lately I've found my motivation to workout fading, and realized that appearance related goals don't really do it for me anymore. Instead working out for my mental health has become a bigger motivation.

However on some days, specifically when I feel worse mentally, the idea of working out to take care of myself isn't enough... the self sabotage kicks in lol. Does anyone else feel the same or has advice??
