Completed a 5 day challenge!

Today was the last day of one of Fitness Blenders 5 day challenges for me (5 day workout challenge to burn fat and build lean muscle). I loved it. I am also happy to realise recently that I am enjoying working my upper body much more than I used to aswell. I am definitely going to tackle another one of these 5 day challenges again soon. So many FB workout videos so little time!
