Indoor Workouts For the Win-ter

Thanks fitness blender for these workouts. They’re literally a life saver. I have bad depression and PTSD. Winter (dark days of Vermont) makes it a lot worse. I’ve been doing pretty bad lately. My husband has been helping me try to start exercising a little everyday - we usually go for walks. But today was just too cold. So he suggested getting my weights out, my mind didn’t even think about doing that. So I played one of your short 10 minute workout videos for the upper body (plus warm up/cool down). It helped me a lot. At least to just focus my mind on one thing and enjoy the pain through exercising! Thank you.
