Best way to utilize 3 days in a row for workouts

I work 12 hour shifts, 3 to 5 days a week (nurse). I've tried to do multiple programs but because everything is either 5+ days a week or every other day I fall off the track quickly.

Does anyone have any videos/programs that would work well for 3 days BACK TO BACK? I don't mind going hard on those days but the rest of the week I'm exhausted and can only spare 10 min a day to stretch.

I wish FB made a program geared to this type of schedule.
