Hope your day is going well. If we were playing poker, we would have a "Flush." Yes. Flush with mushrooms. Oysters are coming in now and more shiitake coming up for harvest as well. Looks like some butter, garlic, and a hot skillet is in their future.
Yesterday "In the kitchen" was a cold evening, so, decided to use up the leeks we bought and make potato leek soup. We had a little ham still out from the weekend so I thew that in as well. Turned out fabulous.
