It's getting hot in here.....

Hey blenders!

I am in Perth, Western Australia, and it is summertime for us. This week hasn't been too bad, but last week was stinking hot, and next week it looks like we are going to be having some 40C plus days (that's around 104F for you guys in America). I get up and work early, but I still find it much more difficult to motivate myself to work out when it is so hot. I always put the aircon on in my workout room, but it is still a struggle, especially if I am doing HIIT. How do you guys deal with the heat regarding your workouts? I drink a lot of water, and try and hydrate before as well as during a workout, but the heat makes everything that more difficult. Tips and suggestions would be appreciated :)
