Getting started when you're not ready.

I work out in the lower level of my house where it's chillier. I have my workout cloths there, changing into them before working out.

The other week I didn't want to get changed because it was particularly cold. Really, I was making up reasons not to do the workout :)

But then I thought to not change, just start the warm up in the cloths I had on, I will get so warm I'm going to want to undress.

So I did! I laughed at myself for the "reasons" I can come up with.
