Hope your day has or will go well. Cold and clear this morning with icy everything. Some little patches of snow still hanging around from yesterday. Speaking of yesterday: "In the Kitchen" was leftover roast beast sandwiches. Storm had hers on dark rye and mine was on marbled rye. Red onion, avocado, spinich, sauteed crimini mushrooms, a smidge of white cheddar, and a little horse radish for me. Very tastey.
Storm and I also started our mushroom blocks yesterday. Two Lion's Maine, one Shiitake, and one Brown Oyster. We have a Morel kit that we have to cultivate outside still.
