Not much time

I work as a delivery driver and I’m walking most of the day from 10am to 9pm, 4 days out of the week. By the time I get home I’m so darn tired to work out. I’m too tired to wake up early to work out cause I also have other duties to attend to those mornings. Now, I rarely eat throughout the day because I have a timed schedule for delivering these packages. Now my question is….

How the fudge can I get a workout during the week? I lost weight and that’s not at all what I wanted. I wanted to gain muscle and I’m losing myself. Any helpful tips or ideas y’all can throw my way?
