Exercise induced hypoglycemia

Hey I was wondering if anyone else has this problem and might have any ideas on how to handle it.

I do not have diabetes and am otherwise completely healthy.

Sometime when I do intense workouts especially in the mornings; but it can happen any time. I get mild to severe nausea, dizziness, and and upset stomach. I feel like or actual do vomit. I've had the problem for years.

Drinking juice a little at a time or eating something sugary and crackers help to treat it. It still sucks for at least 30 minutes.

I try to have a early morning snack or Bananas pretzels and juice pre-workout to prevent it, but I'd say it happens once a month. Recently it's been more like once a week. I have been fighting off a cold and holiday stress for a few weeks too. I know that is a factor as well.

I workout in the morning because it's really the only time I have with work and family responsibilities.

Does anyone else get this and how do you handle it?
