What Makes You Feel Strong?

Working out should never be a form of punishment — rather, it should serve as a way to celebrate all the incredible things your body can do. When you shift your mindset toward feeling strong and capable, it’s easier to feel motivated and joyful throughout your routine.

And remember: “capable” and “strong” is different for everybody, and varies over the course of our lives. That’s why practicing self-compassion is key. Even your “strong” yesterday might be different than your “strong” today. And that’s okay.
