Working out on a train

Hi folks,

I remember a thread in this community a while back on what's the strangest place you've done a workout. I had nothing to contribute back then, but now I do!

Yesterday, I was returning home on a sleeper train, expecting to arrive at around 6.45am, ended up getting there at 11.30am! Since I was in a solo cabin, and I'd brought my resistance band with me for the trip, I decided to try doing this workout:

It was a VERY small space, my band snapped a couple of mins in, and the wifi ran out of bandwidth before the cooldown, but I managed most of the exercises even with a shorter band and made up the cool down. And despite it being more of a way to amuse myself with the novelty, I felt sooo much calmer after doing the workout. I could watch some beautiful scenery go by and remind myself I had nothing pressing to get back to, the train would arrive when it arrived. Thanks Kelli :)
