FB in the gym.

Hi all.

Last month has been very tough. Very, very tough.

I took a decision to join gym because I just could not get enough time and motivation to workout at home. Today was second day at gym and I am officially done with the trainer and crowd atmosphere. However since I have paid a rather huge amount I will have to go to the gym. I do not appreciate the trainer there. He told me to do 4 reps 50 each of squats. My quads hurt so bad and I stopped. He laughs at me because my form is incorrect. How could it be perfect? I have never been to gym. I don’t know how to adjust weights in lat pull down machine. It will make sense if I follow fitness blender programs at gym. Do you have suggestions on how to incorporate FB at gym? I would like to use all gym equipments as well. Which FB program would blend well with gym atmosphere? Any tips will be well appreciated. It felt so bad today that I almost cursed myself for joining gym.
