Finally a rainy morning. One half an inch is forcast. Then next week more than 4 inches coming in total. Yay! Last night "In the Kitchen" was Borscht. We just love beets and borscht is a great wat to eat them. Storm makes the bomb of a recipe. It was very delish. A dab of sour cream with ours is the way to go. Its like eating a creamy garden in a bowl.
