Kayla’s Tuesday Thoughts

If you’re like me, your healthy eating habits probably fall to the wayside when it comes to the holiday season. But, this year, I am determined not to let that happen!

Lately, I find myself shying away from large, carb-heavy meals that tend to leave me bloated, sluggish, and grumpy. I found this amazing, high-protein recipe for Tuscan chicken that fit the bill and have begrudgingly started to meal prep again. Also - meal prepping throughout the week - ugh! Nothing is more tiresome than prepping once on Sunday and then again on Wednesday after a long day. Are you a meal prepper, too? I would love to know your secrets for healthy lunches throughout the week!
