New Plus Workout: Low-Impact Bodyweight Cardio Intervals

We absolutely love how Tasha built off of the foot/ankle series Kayla developed, and applies the foundational elements of techniques and movement patterns we learned there to a performance- and exercise-based workout routine. Talk about a powerful DPT-CPT collaboration!

As if this wasn’t already great enough (thank you, Tasha!), we have a second workout release today too, for FB Plus.

Last week, we introduced you to Nicole, our newest CPT (and Pre- and Postnatal Fitness Specialist!). Well, she’s back again already, with this great workout:

Low-Impact Bodyweight Cardio Intervals

Looking for a cardio workout that will challenge your body and raise your heart rate without all the impact on your joints? Nicole has you covered! Let’s face it, everyone can benefit from a low-Impact workout because our joints aren’t meant to be worked to the max every single day.

The movements are low-impact, yet high intensity and can be done anywhere, making this an ideal workout for travel. While the exercises in this workout are ALL low-impact, options are given to ramp up (or down) the intensity level, in order to accommodate your fitness level. There are also a couple exercises that bring in a core component in addition to the cardio. So, give this one a try and let us know what you think.
