I have recently fallen in love with Kayla and Amanda's videos. I really love doing unusual stretches while watching the TV (after listening first time through so I have proper form of course!). It's really brought me back to the simple joy of movement. I'm using some stand ins (plant pot mostly!) for a foam roller that obviously don't quite work for everything, and can be a bit awkward.
My foam roller requirements are rather cosmetic in nature! I love Kayla's foam roller because it's so pretty! I'm just looking for a smooth one, but if I can get a pretty one to boot, I'd be so happy. Grateful for any UK recommendations out there.
