Mass Challenge, Day 5 - Complete!

After waffling on whether to postpone Day 5, decided to go for it today since the arms weren't too sore.

Today's workout was the 3rd UB split w/ Daniel this week, and the favorite of the 3. It seemed to go a little faster in the 2nd half w/ the isolation exercises and they were much less common exercises as well. A few hours after finishing, washing the windows hit the shoulders again, and they feel very well-worked now, lol! We'll see how sore they are tomorrow...

Tomorrow's scheduled optional stretching routine is not a favorite, so it's the perfect opportunity to try out one of the new DPT-led mobility workouts from the "Try Me" list instead. :)
