Okay, real talk. We all have days when we do not want to work out, myself included. I always like to think about why I don't want to work out on days like that. Sometimes I am tired from adulting all day; other times, I might be overwhelmed by a long to-do list. And I will admit that sometimes I just want to watch TV instead of working out. On days like that, pairing a few short routines together can be a game changer. Doing two to three workouts instead of one long one can make time go by faster and can prevent boredom from kicking in.
