It's Friday here in Asia and I hope you have some great plans for the weekend.
I'm going to finish week 2 of FB Complete today and then probably do an upper body cardio and cardio workout on Saturday morning before work.
On Saturday, due to a wedding, my wife and I are spending some of the weekend in Jakarta.
I have booked a table at a German themed restaurant, called Paulaner Brauhaus.
Basically, it is Bavarian with all the juicy meat one can enjoy and German beer :)
As a British bloke from the north, I love my ale.
I grew up with the legendary Brampton Mile on my doorstep. For those of you unfamiliar with 'The Brampton Mile', it is a road full of pubs in my home town of Chesterfield with chip shops, Indian and Chinese take aways all the way down :)
