Hope all of you are ahaving a fabulous day. Last night was a catfish fry. Lightly breaded seasoned catfish. Made tacos out of them. Plenty leftover today for salads or whatever. Tacos were pretty simple. Thinky sliced red cabbage, red onion, avocado and homemade tartar sauce. A little added heat for me. They were tasty.
