Any suggestions??

Hello FB Family! I’ve been working out with FB for 5 years now- and I LOVE IT because after each “Workout Complete” I find myself soaked in sweat and exhausted.

I am 53 years old recently diagnosed with degenerative knee arthritis so now I’m finding it painful and challenging to follow the EMOM/HIIT workouts.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can continue getting a good sweaty workout with FB? I can’t do any sort of jumping, running, or quick sporadic movements ( as one does playing volleyball or tennis).

I really love the fact that I am sweating up a storm working-out with FB and I don’t want to loose that feeling
