Daily Check-in: Wednesday, December 1st

Hello FB Fam and welcome to the first day of December! The last month of 2021. I think time downed a Red Bull or something.

But here we are today. A Wednesday that we should probably fill with some food and (optional) workouts. Mainly food, but if you got a workout, what is it?

I am going to try and get in some cardio and core via Tasha's latest video. Already looking forward to it!

As far as looking forward to food, it will be smoking a ham that a friend gave us. Throw together a leafy green salad, maybe some corn bread, and dinner is as good as done.

And just in time for December, we got some frost! Nothing like snow (I wouldn't really know) but frosty wild blackberry leaves look pretty cool. Cold, actually.
