Personal Victory after a few months away

After telling myself and coworkers "Oh yeah I work out all the time", I looked back at the Fitness Blender Calendar to see that wasn't quite true...with the new job & crazy big garden this spring and summer I discovered I hadn't done more than 3-5 workouts in one month since April! Uh oh!

So I pushed myself this month to get back into it and managed 12 workouts this month! Proud of myself, and hoping to continue now that the dark winter months are here!

And if you need that reminder to just go do your workout, here it is! Hardest part for me is building back up the pattern/routine of exercising again.
