Happy Monday everyone!

Hope you all had a fabulous weekend. We got all kinds of stuff done. Setting up Christmas lights and some yard work. the kitchen was pretty slow this weekend. Friday lunch was super greens salad and some leftover onion bits from Thanksgiving with some shaved asiago. Friday night was leftover turkey noodle soup so nothing there. Saturday was shopping in town and a cheat day (a rare event for us) at a local butcher shop food truck. Food was really great but not something we will probably not do again. Baked a loaf of sourdough. It is amazing what flour, water, and salt can do.

Sunday was a fresh sourdough bread with avacado, salsa, and asiago and parmesan cheese toasted for lunch. Very delish. dinner ended up being pan seared salmon with turmeric basmati rice and steamed broccoli.
