Happy Monday to Everyone,

Thought for the Day:

"Listening to my body is more important than a check on my calendar or completing my to-do list for the day."

With that said, I was going to start week three of Complete but yesterday in the shower a pulled something in my lower back. I thought it was better this morning until I went to pick something up off the floor. Not better.

So I will be doing the following to start my Monday off:

I may even try Kayla's lower back exercises later in the day.
