BEAT THE TRAINER

My title says it all!

Wouldn’t it be fun if FB came up with a 30-45 minute workout focused with some cardio, then LB (UB and core too, as a separate challenge) strength training where the goal is to “beat the trainer?”

That would be fun! Especially Caveat… the trainer has to disclose the weights they are using so that would be a lot of fun!
