Hello FB family. I found out that I have covid yesterday. I ended up taking the antibody infusion. I can tell you that I now understand what death warmed over means. The exhaustion is no joke. Thankfully I don't have the pneumonia but the respiratory therapist gave me a machine to exercise my lungs. He also told me to get up and move around. To get outside and breathe fresh air. Walk. Even though you need to rest don't just do nothing . No matter how awful you feel be up and moving to keep your lungs healthy. It is about 7pm here and I just wrapped myself in a blanket and walked my driveway a few times. Just to get a bit of exercise

I havet felt like eating. Mainly because it took too much energy. Im trying but it is hard. I ate some soup and it tasted nasty.
