Exam prep blues

Today was one of those days where nothing could seem to go right. I feel perpetually tired, hungry, grouchy and can't concentrate on my studies. Took two walks in the sunshine to clear my head, stretched out with FB for 45mins, had good food and a cappucchino with lots of soy milk, read a few pages of a light book - nevertheless, no improvement. Talk about luxury problems! I'm just going to have to accept that that's it for today and tomorrow is definitely going to be better. :)

What do you guys do on days like these? I get the feeling it's a kickboxing kind of day, but my muscles are too sore :D
