I have a glute imbalance (left side of my glute doesn’t activate or get as sore as the right side). Now one side looks bigger and more developed than the other. I decided to do glute activating workouts for just the weaker glute. However, I’ve began to experience lower back pain on my left side. I guess this is because I focused on exercises just for my left weak glute. I stopped weight lifting bc I noticed only my right side gets sore and activated. I need help and guidance from someone who has maybe gone through this and can suggest a workout or routine to improve this issues. I would truly appreciate any tips and advices.
