I finished one of my very favorite Lower Body workouts today
And realized how much i would like to see more Videos that use this format. The 5 jump Squats between the sets feel so doable, but they really make you sore the next day... I would love to see another Workout in this rare format! Maybe Upper Body Strength with Burpees? Core with Mountain Climbers? Another Lower Body one with Star Jumps?
Maybe someone of our lovely Trainers here will put Something Like this on his or her to do list...
