So, yesterday, "In the Kitchen" was Shrimp taco/burrito, depending on how much you stuffed it. Mine was a taco and Storm's was a burrito.
Seasoned and pan seared shrimp, dirty basmati rice, thinly silced red cabbage, red onion, seasoned black beans, avocado, and sour cream on a tomato pepper tortilla. Mine had a bit of salsa and some hot sauce to top it off. They were delish.
