Hope everyone's hump day was fantastic. Yesterday "In the Kitchen" was not as busy as some. Storm was busy earlier in the day making some wonderful oatmeal, rasin, and walnut cookies. They are yummy.
Dinner was some leftover pasta and a small filet of pan seared Salmon. Very good as well. But the cookies stole the kitchen award yesterday. With colder wearther coming in, the kitchens normally come alive this time of year. What do you have going on? Special recipes you want to try? Old favorites coming back from out of their hiding places?
