Workout for injury

Due to overdoing my exercises, I have injured my left hip. I will soon learn if it’s hip bursitis or piriformis or an IT band, but for the moment I am loosing my mind not being able to workout as I usually do. Can anyone offer advice on stretches or pt that may help with this type of injury? I cannot lie on my left side currently, so please take that into consideration with suggestions. I appreciate any feedback.
