Day 1 of the FB Fit 8 week program- accountability

Just finished up the PFT for the beginning of the program and feel encouraged.

I ended up walking the 1 mile because my period started this morning and I was low energy. So I'll just walk it again at the checkpoint.

Starting this program along with a new job this week and doing my best to help the habit stick.

Anyone else starting this program at this time?
