Back after a long break...

Hi all !

I used to post here regularly but its probably been 2 years. Ive been doing okish but hit a rough spot with my mental health the last 6 months. Ive gained 21lbs pretty quickly, stopped working out and generally looking after myself. Im pretty tall so the weight doesn't show too much but I feel horrible in my skin and want to get back to my bast self!

Im working through my other issues and I'm back with FB to help my fitness. Ive a plus account so I've started Fit round 3 today, been for a long dog walk, meditated and about to settle down with a book.

Pic is from when I was doing my best (just before Covid hit) - I remember how I felt king this pic and I want to get back there again!
