Thank you to those that posted yesterday. Today it is rainy and windy here. Making all those leaf cleanups totally useless. :) Anyway, last night;s dinner was a Thanksgiving Pot Pie. That's right almost every leftover that was from the weekend dinner went into it. Smashed poatato, rye stuffing (dressing really), green bean dish, gravy, lots of turkey, and some corn and bellpepper. It turned out great.
