Back to Fitness Blender!

Hi All! Happy Monday.

I’m back working out with FB for the first time in a long time. I did a 30 minute “bored-easily” routine tonight and had to modify a lot of the movements. I was so disheartened because I used to do 30-40 minutes HIIT and strength workouts daily. And I struggled with a 30 minute low impact workout.

However, I’m trying to remain positive through this. I’m working through fertility treatments (no success yet after months if treatments….) and some mental health issues brought on by my fertility struggle.

I’m proud I logged on and pressed play. I’m proud I didn’t give up half way through. Im glad I ate a healthy dinner right after my workout.
