I've been concentrating on yoga and Pilates for the last couple of months to allow a tendon in my shoulder to heal. As of last Friday, I can go back to lifting.

I chose the 2 week Booty Challenge. The video scheduled for today was 49 minutes long. I wasn't quite up to that, so for the first time I clicked on the "similar" option, which allowed me to select a similar but shorter video.

I'd never used that option before and I have to say, I like it!
