Yesterday "In the Kitchen" - Weekend Recap 11/1/21

Good day FB Foodies.

Hope you had a wonderful weekend. Starting out the week here with a bit of rain mid day (awesome). Busy weekend "In the Kitchen."

Friday night was a decompression snack meal for dinner. cracked Black Pepper Trisquits with avo, salsa, and a small bit of mozzerella baked in the oven. Delish.

Saturday lunch: bacon, avo, turkey, red onion and greens sandwiches on marbled rye.

Saturday night: Linguini with pan seared tilapia and a smoked paprika clam sauce. Very tasty. (image above)

Sunday lunch: Basil tomato bisque soup and grilled cheese (provelone) on dark rye. Dinner was bockwurst sausages on a bed of sauerkraut, shredded sweet potato and sliced red onion. Aslo very tasty and probiotic. Made some pita bread to refill the freezer.
