Advice

Noticing lately that I am just meh. I want to add exercise into my daily routine but I am not sleeping well and can't make myself get up in time for work let alone get up early to workout. No me time after work and I couldn't possibly workout in a gym and torture someone with all my fat waving around while I try to move. No support at home and no I will not go back to yet another therapist that because they are useless. I went for a year with this last one and while she was great at first she started forgetting what we talked about. I am tired of them only wanting money not fixing me besides I am just a little meh. I need a real working motivator to KEEP GOING!!
