Fueling Your Body!

Finding the time and energy to eat well is often even more difficult than finding the time and energy to work out. However, since both go hand-in-hand, not tackling both head-on makes it more difficult to reach (or maintain) your overall fitness goals.

Over the past year, we’ve been trying to build up the number of healthy recipes we have available (over 300 now, between free and Plus!), and soon we’ll be going a step further. Our tech team has been hard at work behind-the-scenes and recently pushed a website update that’s going to allow us to do some exciting things around nutrition. Stay tuned for updates (and requests!).
