Daily Check-in: Friday, October 29th

Hello Blendfriends!

How are you all doing today?

It's Friday! Woo hoo! We've got a fun weekend ahead of us with a ghosting duo of Anne and Lea (thank you both so much for volunteering!): plus: Halloween's on Sunday! Do you plan to celebrate?

We don't have much for celebrations. Other than our annual pumpkin carving! And can you guess what this year's pumpkin carving theme is?? That's right! It's a Fat Bear Halloween! So here it is: hubby and I's Fat Bear Pumpkins! They were a lot of fun to do!

And that's about the extent of our Halloween celebrations! What about you Blendfriends? Any fun plans? Or just another weekend for you?

And what about for today? What's going on? What's happenin'? How's life?

What about workouts for today, Blenders? Is it an exercise day or rest day for you?

It's an exercise day for me! I'm supposed to do a core and cardio combo as a recovery routine, but I think today's the day I actually get to Daniel's new weighted core routine! I can't wait to try it---especially since you guys that have done it have already given it high marks!

And what's going on in the kitchen today, Blenders? What's on the menu?

Well, we had our pizzas last night while carving pumpkins and watching the Packers game. (Go Pack go!) So, we'll have to figure out something Friday-night worthy for tonight!
