I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to respond to you guys yesterday, but it ended up being busier than I thought it would be.

Alexi: I'm sorry you are so stressed right now---but please don't worry about ghosting this upcoming weekend. Just take care of you!

If somebody else wants to ghost this Halloween weekend for Alexi, please let me know! I'd appreciate it!

What's on the workout schedule, Blendfriends? Is it an 'on' or 'off' day for you?

Should be an 'on' day for me. I never got to my total body routine yesterday, so I will try to squeeze it in today.

What about food? What's on the menu for today?

Not so sure about that. Maybe eggs and veggies!
