New FB Plus Workout! Shoulders and Lats Strength Split

Good Morning Everyone,

Well, today is the release of the last of the three-day upper body split series and this workout rounds out the trio by focusing on the shoulders and lats.

Remember, even though this series can be done in any order and can even be done in consecutive days though because some of these days use the same assisting muscles, it is still a good idea to split these workouts apart with lower body cardio or core workout days. For today’s shoulders and lats workout, we built this to be as accessible as possible, so the only real equipment you need is a set of dumbbells and only if you are using this as a strength workout (with just body weight it turns into a toning routine) With that said, if you have access to a pull up bar, feel free to replace some of the lat pullover exercises with pull ups if you want to mix it up the lat work a bit more. Either way this workout will hit those shoulders and lats hard; enjoy.
