Back at it and ready for a healthy November!

After we hit a year with FB last May my partner and I started to hit a bit of a workout rut and ended up taking the summer off to do more active outdoor activities. We had lots of fun hiking, biking, and walking, but now the weather is cooling down and it's harder to get outside to exercise. I think the break was good for us but it is time to get back to Fitness Blender! We are starting FB Complete today and starting our first meal plan (omnivore) next week. It feels a bit daunting getting back into it all especially because our summer activities were less intense, but I think the routine will be really good for me, especially since I'm working from home.

Any tips on getting back into FB after a long break? Or any tips for a first time meal-planner?
