Week 42 goal evaluation

I will start with another James Clear quote: "One of the only true shortcuts in life is finding an expert and apprenticing under them."

We are all apprenticing under Daniel and Kelli - and now, the rest of the FB team - right? I love that I have found experts on exercise and now also on nutrition, PT-exercises, mental health.. They really help me to improve my health.

I did Kayla’s ankle workout this week, I did not do the other one planned..

I had 1 FB lunch, my other lunches were a lot of leftovers this week and I had quite healthy lunches if I did not have leftovers.

My snacking was okay this week.. I had some fruit, some nuts, some crackers..

I will focus on my food again this week. I am upping my fruit/veggie intake for breakfast, lunch and dinner so I will be full faster on high density/low calorie food.

For breakfast that will mean adding a banana/ apple or blueberries

For lunch it will mean adding cucumber, tomatoes, paprika’s

For dinner it will mean eating more veggies.

I am also listening to podcasts to overcome my fear in climbing. The competition is still going on at the bouldering gym and it would be cool if I could top more problems..
